In January 2018 Willie has been appointed as General Manager at Zwartkloof.

Willie has over 30 years of experience in Education and served in quite a number of leadership positions:

• 1988 Chairman of Student Council - NKP Onderwys Kollege Pretoria
• 1994 HOD Laerskool Akasia
• 2002 Deputy Principal at Laerskool Akasia
• 2011 Deputy Principal at Laerskool Theresapark

Willie resigned as the Principal of Laerskool Theresapark to relocate to Zwartkloof as the General Manager.

He has a great passion for Leadership and Sport development. He embarks the opportunity at Zwartkloof as a great privilege and honour in order to realy make a difference in peoples lives.

After completing his year at Methamorpho (Personal potential development course), PD completed his National Diploma in Management Sciences

PD has been an influencer in the Experiential Learning industry for over 12 years with HOD positions at Prestige College, Centre Manager at Pro Act Ventures and currently Campsite Manager at Zwartkloof. His contribution to quality and investment in people's lives are well known.

He has recently obtained level 4 (Centre Management Speciality ) in ARA (African Recreation Assosiation of South Africa), the highest level obtainable.

PD is passionate about student development and the constant upliftmant of our countries youth.
